Effective as of March 14, 2022, the Instaff light industrial staffing division of BGSF has been acquired by Sentech Engineering Services, Inc., which is a subsidiary of Job and Talent S.L. This privacy policy does not apply with respect to any Personal Information submitted for any staffing positions indicated as posted by “Instaff” (light industrial staffing positions). The applicable privacy policy with respect to personal data submitted related to “Instaff” (light industrial staffing positions) is the privacy policy for the Jobandtalent family of companies which is posted at https://www.jobandtalent.com/privacy-policy. Please review such privacy policy if you submit any Personal Information for “Instaff” staffing positions.

BGSF Text Messaging Program
By opting into the BGSF Text Messaging Program, you may receive text messages from BGSF regarding matters including but not limited to, Potential Assignment Offers, Assignments, Timekeeping and BGSF Candidate related communication.

The contact information of individuals who opt in is not shared, sold, or bought. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive weekly messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. The Text Messaging Program is administered through a Third Party Service.
International Data Transfers

We may transfer your Personal Information to countries other than the country in which you initially provided the information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, if you are located outside of the United States, we typically transfer and process all Personal Information in the United States, where we are headquartered. The countries to which we transfer Personal Information may not guarantee the same level of protection for Personal Information as the one in which you reside.
