President & Chief Executive Officer, Nashville Electric Service
Decosta E. Jenkins is a Certified Public Accountant and President and Chief Executive Officer of Nashville Electric Service (“NES”), one of the 12 largest public utilities in the U.S. with revenues of approximately $1.3 billion, a position he has held since 2004. Prior to his promotion, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer to the Electric Power Board.

 

Travis Hunter, Jr.
Partner in Charge, Audit – Dallas Business Unit, KPMG, LLP
Travis Hunter, Jr. is the Audit Partner in Charge of the Dallas Business Unit at KPMG, LLP. He has more than 22 years of experience providing financial statement audits to both public and private companies, specializing in healthcare provider entities of all sizes. Travis is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Cameron University and Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

 

Stacey Martin
Chief Human Resource Officer, Omnitracs
Stacey Martin is responsible for the growth and development of a solidified organizational culture that encourages the empowerment and engagement of all employees at Omnitracs. With over 20 years of experience and leadership within dynamic technology organizations, she guides a team of HR professionals in creating opportunities that will holistically advance and strengthen the overall Omnitracs workforce.

 

Darrell Freeman
Executive Managing Director, Zycron
Darrell Freeman is the chairman and majority owner of S3 Recycling Solutions, an information technology recycling firm. He is also executive managing director of Zycron, a division of BGSF. Zycron is an IT services firm he founded in 1991 in Nashville and sold for $20 million in 2017. He was the 2019 Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee Nashville Business Hall of Fame Laureate, and he most recently became a Board Member at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

 

Ebony Butler
Director Diversity, Learning & Development, BGSF
Ebony Butler has 16+ years of learning and development experience and over six years of experience, specifically focusing on creating inclusive workplace cultures for all. She joined BGSF in January 2021 as the Director, Diversity, Development & Learning. Ebony feels extremely fortunate to be able to couple both of her passions: sharing knowledge and cultivating inclusive and appreciative work cultures.
