With over 25 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, Melissa has a proven track record in marketing, operations, digital media, mobile innovation, and strategic planning.
In her role, Melissa develops and executes BGSF's comprehensive digital strategy, aligning with the company’s vision and values. She oversees the MarTech stack, optimizing lead generation, capturing buying intent, distributing targeted ads, and creating personalized engagement for clients. Melissa’s Lean Six Sigma credentials are pivotal in streamlining processes, improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Her mission is to position BGSF as an industry leader, driving long-term value for clients, associates, and stakeholders. Melissa holds a BS in Finance from Auburn University and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt certifications.
