Beth Garvey is the Chair, President, and CEO of BGSF (NYSE: BGSF), a rapidly growing provider of property management staffing, IT – Finance and Accounting consulting, managed services, and professional workforce solutions. With over 27 years of staffing industry experience, Beth is recognized as a transformational leader, driving innovation, workforce development, and strategic growth through acquisitions and technology advancements.
Beth joined BGSF through the acquisition of InStaff in 2013 and became CEO in 2018, after serving as Chief Operating Officer, where she led integration efforts for multiple acquisitions. Since then, she has expanded service offerings and strengthened BGSF’s position as an industry leader. In 2022, she was elected Chairman of the Board, further solidifying her leadership.
A widely respected leader, Beth has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts on the North America Staffing 100 list for seven consecutive years and the Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list for six years. She is an eight-time honoree of D CEO’s Dallas 500 Business Leaders and a Dallas Business Journal Women in Business award recipient.
