He ensures the strength and qualification of our network as well as guarantees that all communication is professional, ethical, and fruitful among our employees, clients, and consultants.

Tim, ever the voice of the people approaches everything with an inclusive and open mind from conversations with consultants to weekly meetings with recruiters.

With his extensive knowledge of business development and management, he helped develop EdgeRock’s business strategy, focus, mission, and practice which has organically grown the company by 50% year over year since inception.
Tim graduated from Northeastern University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management. He and his wife volunteer with Community Servings in Boston which is a non-profit food and nutrition program providing services to individuals and families with critical and chronic illnesses.
When Tim’s not working, you can find him practicing his tennis serve, or his three-point shot, reading historical novels, particularly about Roman history; and completing Sudokus and crosswords on his morning commute. None of which compares to his favorite past-time of spending time with his wife and children.
